I went in for an appointment and the staff was so nice and friendly. I ordered a pair of glasses from them and fast forward 3 weeks, no word on the progress. I called them and they said that they never got sent to the lab which is incredibly frustrating because I am an out of state college student. I called a week after that to see if there was any progress and they told me that there wasn't and they didn't have a date they would be ready by. Dr Simoncini was absolutely great and in a very short time I had the script for glasses that included a prism to correct a vision problem. I unknowingly selected a rather expensive frame (about $600) but I liked the look and bought the glasses. However, for some reason the glasses didn’t fit; kept sliding down my nose and because of that prism and my eyes were losing focus, I became very dizzy and nauseous.
