Do you guys do credit checks?
I have been a tenant for over a year. When I first moved in they only had a 1 bed unit available but once a 2 bed opened up they took care of me quickly and easily. Mark, Shane and Kathy are awesome. The units were newly remodeled when I moved in and the few matinee issues were taken care of quickly.
I love it. It's very quiet and peaceful. My neighbors are awesome. Maintenance is fast and respectful.
Renter has given me a comfortable place in a quiet neighborhood, and has been flexible with lease agreements. I used to live here, and chose to return.
I have been a resident of Anndell Park Apartments for well over twenty years. Over these many years, I have been totally fascinated with the admirable closeness between individual tenants and the property owners, as well as the very high quality of services provided to enhance residents' total comfort.
