Overpriced, Clothing hostage taker. – Anna's is a example of how not to run a bussiness. If you must use her get her estimate in writting. Charged us double of what she said she would and would not give the dress back until we paid it. She has poor customer service at best and I would not recommend her to anyone. If you want to see how much she is overpriced call Ms Higgins in Belvidere she is a tailor who does the alterations for the police and fire dept. I would recommend Ms Higgins to everyone I know.
