Stopped in expecting to drop off my sewing machine for a repair at the very end of the day. They quickly assessed the cause of the issue and fixed it in about 2 minutes! Very fast and friendly… Would definitely go there again!

Very helpful with my sewing machine issue
I was sewing pillow cases for a charity. Really didnt know much about my mother in laws machine. My needle assemble dropped. I had to clue what to do. It was that little screw on the side. I brought it in and Ross tightened everything up. I had explained that we couldnt get it to sew a zig zag. They serviced the machine and everything works well. When I picked up the machine Ross gave me a few pointers. This is my first sewing machine and I received top.knotch service. Thank you everyone at the shop.
