THIS PLACE IS BY FAR THE WORST!!!!. If I could give them a negative rating I would. Anna (the owner) is a nightmare and she is very rude to her customers. I was looking to get a kitten and found her on craigslist. I drove down from orange county and when I got there was very disappointed. The store was disgusting and dirty. The animals looked very sad and very unhealthy/abused/filthy. The kitten was much older than she told me and filthy!!! She was very frightened every time you tried to pet her. I will always take my doggies here.. Love the people who greet everyone. Friendly, caring, every time. The groomers will come out and talk to you, Anna is very nice. She takes time to chat,,my poodles always look fabulous. And the price is always reasonable. The store is clean and so many great things to buy for doggies.. My kids always enjoy looking at the puppies and kittens for sale. I'm very picky, I love love this place...

Anna’s services are awesome they are very nice and professional. Once you step in they greet you and are very attentive of you if they are busy that day. I get great service and I love to come here. I would recommend this place to any one that wants great service.

I get all 3 of my dogs groomed at Annas. They know us and are excited to take our dogs off our hands. Well worth the money and I will continue to come!

Anna has been the best ever, I had lost a dog at the age of ten and it was really hard to have loosed her. I decided to check into breeds that would last longer after losing my previous dog and thanks to Anna we found one and when people ask how old is my current dog they get surprised my Kitto has lasted more than ten years now and hopefully few more years to come.

I’ve known Ana for a few years now and I’ve actually bought a few dogs of her during those years. She is great even though she is a pet groomer she seems to know a lot of dogs, more like a vetenarian(she’s not though). The place is really nice and she does a great job. I really like coming here even though I take good care of my dogs I bring them in once in a while.
