Had my first get mani/pedi with Tracy for an upcoming wedding. Tracy was AMAZING. The leg and foot massage was incredible!! I have very short nails but this was the cleanest prettiest mani Ive ever had. Tracy and Anna Nails are the best!!
Loyal customer of over 5 years. Tracy is the queen of gel and Tammy gives the best gel-x manicure in Melrose. They are so sweet and have great attention to detail.
Website says they're open until 8. I walked in at 6:50. NOT A SOUL was in there. Just one woman behind counter and she said no everyone went home and not enough help. The woman was rude and poor service
I read the reviews carefully so i made an appointment with tracy. Someone else took me in and i didn’t make a fuss about it. $128 and 2 hours later i got this hideous job. Not to mention I had a wedding to attend and I didn’t have time to get them redone so I have to go with these terrible nails. Also after looking at the receipt I was charged $20 for dip powder removal, and i didn’t even have dip on. Literal scammers.
My mom and I stopped in for manicures and pedicures today, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results! Even without an appointment, we walked in around 10:15 AM and were seated immediately. The gentleman who did my nails was incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and friendly. Lynn did my mom’s nails and also did a fantastic job. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place! Tip: You can book appointments online or by calling ahead.
