I read the reviews carefully so i made an appointment with tracy. Someone else took me in and i didn’t make a fuss about it. $128 and 2 hours later i got this hideous job. Not to mention I had a wedding to attend and I didn’t have time to get them redone so I have to go with these terrible nails. Also after looking at the receipt I was charged $20 for dip powder removal, and i didn’t even have dip on. Literal scammers.
My mom and I stopped in for manicures and pedicures today, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results! Even without an appointment, we walked in around 10:15 AM and were seated immediately. The gentleman who did my nails was incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and friendly. Lynn did my mom’s nails and also did a fantastic job. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place! Tip: You can book appointments online or by calling ahead.
I made an appt. for a gel pedicure. When I got there she (owner) accused me of not making an appt. I was very embarrassed and should have left. When I was getting my pedicure I said to the woman is that gel polish and she replied "no, we don't have time for gel) I will never give that place another dime.
I always have a wonderful time getting my nails done here. They do wonderful artwork and their prices are very fair. I am always impressed at their abilities to bring certain ideas and designs to life.
Lovely spot in downtown Melrose! Pleasant & peaceful environment, clean space, and wonderful 10-min massage pedicure option. Have been coming here for a few years and it’s been great every time. Tammy is wonderful!
