I had a great time getting my nails and toes done by Anna. She has such great customer service and really cares about the quality of work her clients get. All of her tools are disposed of or properly sterilized between each use. She takes her time, which is really nice because usually people just rush through the process. I will definitely be a long term client as long as I am still residing in Florida. 🩶

Update to my review: So the prices all changed and went up after the first appointment, she claims those were all first time customer prices but she definitely never told me that. She presented as if those were the pricing in general. She also wasted an hour and a half of my Saturday by her no showing for my appointment!! Claims she was in the bathroom yet didn’t come look to see if anyone was at the building waiting to come in. Doors were locked and no one answered the phones. My usual nail person moved so I had to find someone else to do my nails......very stressful for me. I have high expectations for my nails since that's my addiction that I spend my money on monthly. I did some research, asked around, begun contacting potential nail techs, and decided on Anna's. I made my appt via Facebook messenger and followed all the steps in making my appt.
