My nails look good, but only after LOTS of vigilant watching during the process. For mani - my nails were pretty diff lengths (1/8” different for shorter nails) and I needed to advocate strongly for her bringing them all to the same level. For pedi - she did the wrong color and I had her re-do the color part. While the gel was drying she was holding the Uv light and doing something else simultaneously. I have been going to Anna's for years. High quality service, friendly staff and very clean. Really comfortable massage pedicure chairs!
