They were able to accommodate my last-minute walk-in pedicure appointment for an event I was attending, and the experience was so good I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else in town from now on. Everything was clean and professionally done, my nail tech was kind and personable, and I feel like I have new feet after the massage treatments. Also, I appreciate that all of the workers were wearing masks; I will always support a business that protects the health and safety of its fabulous nail techs.

My go-to salon for the past few years. No, it’s not fancy, but it’s also not ridiculously overpriced like the majority of salons in the Champaign area. The staff are so friendly….in all my visits over the years, I’ve never witnessed a customer treated poorly, nor have I seen any kind of racism whatsoever. I can’t imagine anyone at Anna’s behaving in such a way. They do wonderful work and their prices are the best I’ve found, period. I recently visited Anna's Nails for a pedicure, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. After my pedicure was completed, I waited for the polish to dry, but it never did. Before applying the polish, the technician had to add thinner to the bottle, which suggested to me that the polish was old. Even after waiting a long time, I still could not put my shoes on because the polish remained soft and wrinkled at the slightest touch.
