Great work! – I am a shorter individual and Anna has been shortening my pants for years. She has always been respectful and helpful. Her eastern European style is to the point. She will not waste your time, and does great work!

so rude on the phone – I just moved to Milwaukee and must get a bridesmaid's dress altered. I took it to the shop recommended by the shop that sold me the dress and they are charging me a fortune (nearly twice what another girl is paying for fewer alterations in Chicago), so I called Anna to try and get an idea of what she might charge for the same alterations. I know what alterations are needed, what fabric the dress is, and all of the information necessary, but she refused to give me even idea of how much she would charge.... read more
