Excellent service! – I had my carpets cleaned by Anna's Chem-Dry for the first time when a coworker recommended them to me and I must say I was extremely pleased with the results! The employees were very helpful and so friendly. I was impressed that they talked me through everything they were going to do before starting and answered any questions I had without hesitation. They will bait you and then they will sell you!! – These people will leave your carpets soaking wet, charge you more than they told you, then harrass you if you complain. The positive reviews must have been left by members of the family/company itself-note how they were left on the same date. They bragged to me that they are the "number one carpet cleaning franchise." Hmm, if I were going to chose a franchise to buy, what would be the biggest factor? PROFITS!
