RecommendedWe are new owners of a MasterCraft and Brian and Todd have been nothing but exceptional with their service and advice! Not only are they super knowledgeable, their willingness to share information is great as well. Brian is an outstanding service manager; quick to be able to diagnose issues and fix immediately. We were on vacation and our steering locked up; even though they were super busy, they fit us in and saved the vacation! Hats off to these guys! They have earned customers for life!
Had an issue last week with the trim Tab on My X-23 . Brian, in service replaced the part while I waited. Was done in 30 minutes. What a quality guy working for a quality outfit!
Fantastic experience buying a new NXT-20 at Annapolis Watersports this year! Andrew in sales was very helpful and informative, and even delivered the boat to us when we were unable to pick it up. (and he gave us a surfing lesson!) Brian D'Alessandro, the service manager was amazing! We had a few minor issues he helped us with, and was always available to answer questions. This place is great, working with Andrew to get a sweet Mastercraft has been a lot of fun and stress free. There shop has some great gear too! Nice selection of wakesurf boards in stock, tubes and wakeboard gear. I would highly recommend this place even if you don’t have a MasterCraft for your boating needs, I know I will.
This place is truly what we needed in the Annapolis area to grow the Mastercraft family. Everyone that works at the Annapolis location has always been friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
