Dr. Jacob recently took a phone call from the specialty pharmacy handling my RA medication. A call that, if he had not been there or taken the call, would’ve been constant back and forth, and could’ve prevented me from being able to get my specialty medication in a timely manner. The operator from the specialty pharmacy got back on the phone with me and said “Wow! I’ve never had the doctor be the person to pick up the phone! It’s usually the receptionist or MA. Dr. Sami is very rude and inconsiderate. I don't think she spent 5 mins on my fibromyalgia as she did on my pcos which she apparently knows nothing about. I left with no help
They are just wonderful. Always cheerful, patient and the Dr's are great. It's well worth my travel.
