Front off ice and office manager are both rude. i didn't even attend the appointment after being insulted in front of other patients. Would not recommend its is better to drive 12 miles out your way then to be treated like you are inconveniencing people who are paid to be there and provide you with information needed to complete your appointment. Gross
Dr Paul is very considerate in my experience
I called Annapolis rheumatology to schedule a follow up per my pcp. They transferred me to the office manager bcuz they don't allow you to switch providers. I first saw Dr Rao (female) then got switched to a male bcuz of schedule conflicts. That male told me I likely have a random auto immune disorder and would likely never know the name of it and have to learn to live with my symptoms (after 1 apt). Everyone was very nice to me. I was able to get a new patient appointment at a time that worked for me within 2 weeks. Office staff was nice, the doctor saw me soon after I got there, spent a good amount of time with me, and addressed my concerns. Very happy I made an appointment here.
