El doctor los enfermeros todos cuentan con un ambiente laboral muy bueno ! Muy amables amigables súper atentos
Mi hija es paciente de Children's National ella visita diferentes especialistas en todas las locaciónes de Children's pero está es pésima en cuestión de atención de quienes atienden cuando llamas tardan en contestar y cuando lo hacen te dejan en espera se olvidan que uno está esperando. En ninguna otra locación me pasa esto, en cuestión a la atención de la Doctora de Neurodesarrollo todo bien es por eso que no he buscado otra localidad.
My review is 100% based on the experience I had with Dr. Samantha Allen. She was horrible. Before I even had the opportunity to explain why I was there & offer background on my son she begin this long piece about how she feels regarding tongue ties in general. I then finally get the opportunity to explain my concerns & she doubled down on her previous statements ALL BEFORE EVEN EXAMINING MY SON! I love this location. The front desk staff (specifically the black woman with the short hair cut-didn’t get her name) who is always there, and Liz who works in the lab is phenomenal! Liz always goes above and beyond & gets my fussy toddlers blood work done successfully when other places have been a fail. Other places typically don’t have the patience, experience or knowledge for young children who hate getting blood work done, or can’t find veins but she makes the experience a bit less stressful for all of us!
