I have recently had some repair work done on my rental unit at 315 Hersden Lane in Arnold and we have had to find a new tenant for this same property. I have been dealing with Chai Mandras for repair work and Nikki Karate for finding a new lessor for the property. It is a pleasure to work with both. They are both professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They are always very responsive to my questions or requests. They are both a real asset for APS.
APS does not treat the tenant as the customer. APS may work our well for the landlord, but they do not work out at all for the tenant. The property managers are rude and unresponsive to tenant needs and maintenance issues. We are paying a significant amount of rent, and we find that we must struggle to get anything done. APS insulates the property owner from the tenant, but typically makes the property owner the "bad guy" when issues are raised. RecommendedEasy to work with, maintenance requests taken care of right away, plenty of notice given prior to bi-annual inspections, pleasant office staff!
We rented from them for 2 years and had no problems at all. Every time we need something or had a question they were quick to respond with an email or phone call providing answers or support. Marco Rodrigues and Bryce Summerland were the two that we worked with who were both very professional and welcoming. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Baltimore area based on my experience.
None discrimination of dog breeds.
We have used them for rentals for many years. They take the worry out of rental properties. Great crew!
