Dr. Camille Robinson is amazing! We had recently switched pediatricians and were scheduled with her by chance. She has gone above and beyond to make our family feel comfortable and has provided extra resources/information for our son regarding his genetic condition. My child's health assessment for daycare, a visit that took less than an hour, resulted in an over $700 claim to my health insurance, coupled with an additional $10 fee for paperwork completion. The staff is very friendly and there is no long wait after you have checked in. We love Dr. Camille Robinson for her relaxing tone and professionalism. My children appreciate the time and concern that the doctor demonstrated.
My experience at this location has been appalling, to say the least. How does a provider request a test for a child who has had an ongoing issue for over a month, and the results have been in for almost 10 days without said provider reviewing or at least even viewing the results. I have called in about this and was promised a call back. No one ever did. It's painful to watch this type of discrimination play out in a medical setting. Please do better.
