Aggressive and unfriendly front desk. It’s always been their first and last memory for me. Just tried making an appointment and I got the snottiest, unfriendly, unhelpful, unwilling telephone call with a front desk I have ever had. Sionara this place. You are not that good
I cannot praise this practice and Brittany too much. I am deeply grateful to them for the help they have given me over several years. I saw her first that for back troubles and that issue was resolved with a series of treatments, lasting for many years. A few months ago I developed a very serious problem with neck pain. I have heard horror stories about this place. Based on the lower reviews below which tend to be legit and unincentivized they appear to be true.
I have been seeing Brittany Cicala, and she has done some amazing things to decrease my chronic pain. She listens, is so incredibly knowledgeable, and she gets results. In 3 weeks she had decreased my pain considerably. No other specialists could get the pain to subside. I used to wish for 1 minute without pain, and now I have days/weeks of pain relief. I receive stellar treatment from Annapolis Pain Management team from the time I enter the office through the exit process. I am greeted with friendly smiles, a front desk team that is so eager to assist in anyway they can. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, accommodating and patient, both on the phone and in person. The Medical team is awesome! They keenly listen to your concerns and act accordingly.
