They steered me away from the high quality MTI tub and shower base that I went there to buy to MAXX products saying they were better and less expensive - in my opinion not true. Unfortunately I found out the hard way. The MAXX shower base was a piece of junk - the acrylic was scabbed to a piece of OSB - that was all it had for reinforcement.
