The worst customer service I've ever experienced. It is late September and I've been trying to get my driver's side door handle fixed since May. Parts were ordered, appointment was made for mid-June. I had the car there all day and at the end of the day was told that they had ordered the wrong parts. I had another appointment in July and was told at the end of the day that the correct parts were returned.
