They have a waiting list they wipe annually, apparently. I was told there was a waitlist. Ok no biggie. Had my friend apply at least a week after I did, she got called for the same size unit I needed first. When I call to ask they claim they go in order of when they got the application. When I said I told her to apply a week after I turned my app in, then it was the names are in alphabetical order. Hmm? My name comes before hers. Horrible service! Literally did an application back when my mom was approved it’s been over 5-6yrs , new people always in office and they never know anything .every-time you call everyone has a attitude, because your checking the status of where you are on there waiting list.they will move the residents that’s already living there into new units but don’t update that waiting list. As they should know Annapolis is very small… I know people who have applied and got right in. I guess it’s who you know in that office .
