I've been trying for months to get an appointment with a doctor I was referred to, through the website. A few days ago, I left a voicemail as well requesting an appointment. I finally found another doctor yesterday because they clearly don't return calls or messages received via their website.

On August 18, 2026, I saw Dr. Gina Zigerelli for my feet. I had a hard, corn -like growth on the outside right foot, and a callus between my toes on my left foot. I love to walk, and I was not able to do much walking due to the painful condition of my feet. The visit exceeded my expectations! Everyone was so polite and professional. Dr. Zigerelli was awesome. Extremely Disappointing Experience I would not recommend Annapolis Foot and Ankle. I purchased very expensive custom inserts through a podiatrist who has since left the practice. The inserts needed adjustment and were sent back. I was later told that because they supposedly couldn’t reach me, they threw my expensive inserts away, claiming that was their “policy.” The way this situation was handled was unacceptable, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer service. Patients deserve far better care and accountability.
