Everyone is friendly and helpful. I’d recommend this ENT practice to my friends
I went to the Annapolis office for an ear issue. The front desk was friendly and efficient. However, I waited 35 minutes past my appointment time to be looked at by Courtney Lamb NP. She was nice but there was no apology for the long wait time. A simple I am sorry for wait would have went a long way.
Dr. King was great. The whole staff was very nice and friendly.
I had to wait an hour to see my doctor and he only spoke with me for less than 10 minutes. The other staff were nice though.
Every part of my involvement with this practice has been exceptional. Schedulers are personable and professional, doctors are informative, forthcoming with options, and sensitive to patients' needs! Dr. Perry was amazing in every way. This practice is exemplary of what medical care should be!
