Had turbinate reduction. The surgery itself went well, and I recommend the doctor. But I would never recommend this place due to the billing center. There was an issue with COBRA and the doctors office got paid when it was resolved and even said not to feel bad because this happens. But Christie of the surgery center gives different info on each call, accused me multiple times of not taking bills seriously, expected me to pay $8000 out of pocket though I had insurance, accused me of not having insurance (yet see that the d... read more
