100% recommend!!! Our daughter had to have her tonsils and adenoids out due to mild sleep apnea and because she would mouth breathe a lot which caused her to get sick more often than she should ( she had the flu 3 times from February-April this year). Of course we were super nervous about our daughter having surgery, she's only 8 years old. Planned with my oral surgeon for months to get my wisdom teeth taken out and they book this place's anesthesiologist for the out patient surgery. They were sitting on my pre operation information for over a week than decide to call me the day before my surgery to tell me they won't do the surgery. When asked what to do now, they just didn't care and wanted to get me off the phone. Billing department is horrible. After my sinus surgery, I went in for a checkup and was told by the doctor that the next two visits are routine and take seconds because the doctor just takes a look in side and you're done. I was told by doctor "for your last two checkups we will not charge you the deductible which was 40 for each visit" Well to my surprise, I received a bill for 80 dollars. Had turbinate reduction. The surgery itself went well, But I would never recommend this place due to the billing center. There was an issue with COBRA and the doctors office got paid when it was resolved and even said not to feel bad because this happens. But Christie of the surgery center gives different info on each call, accused me multiple times of not taking bills seriously, expected me to pay $8000 out of pocket though I had insurance, accused me of not having insurance (yet see that the doctors office got paid from in... read more
I needed to have a video conference with my doctor. I was told he would send a link for me to sign into but never received. People take off work people rearrange their schedules because your health is important, but evidently it isn't because I never received the link. So I waited and waited. The office phones shut down and their was no one to reach. The answering service tried to help but they were unable to reach anyone. They told me to wait for a call back. Never got a call back.
