Our son had a procedure done in April and Dr. Samuel Jones was very patient with us, answering all of our questions and was basically holding our hands every step of the way. This was our son's first surgery so it was a bit nerve wrecking. Dr. Jones is a great surgeon and is wonderful with children. Also, the surgical team is fabulous and was very patient with our son who was hesitant to go back to the OR.
My entire experience was excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone needing surgery. I felt very well taken care of during the entire process.
100% recommend!!! Our daughter had to have her tonsils and adenoids out due to mild sleep apnea and because she would mouth breathe a lot which caused her to get sick more often than she should ( she had the flu 3 times from February-April this year). Of course we were super nervous about our daughter having surgery, she's only 8 years old. But Dr. King and the staff at the surgical center did an AMAZING job and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Planned with my oral surgeon for months to get my wisdom teeth taken out and they book this place's anesthesiologist for the out patient surgery. They were sitting on my pre operation information for over a week than decide to call me the day before my surgery to tell me they won't do the surgery. When asked what to do now, they just didn't care and wanted to get me off the phone. Billing department is horrible. After my sinus surgery, I went in for a checkup and was told by the doctor that the next two visits are routine and take seconds because the doctor just takes a look in side and you're done. I was told by doctor "for your last two checkups we will not charge you the deductible which was 40 for each visit" Well to my surprise, I received a bill for 80 dollars.
