We needed a repair completed on a ceiling in order to close on a real estate transaction. This vendor charged us $500 for sanding a few small water stains out of the drywall and repainting them with our own paint. It took all of 20 minutes and the quality of the work was unsatisfactory. Until we complained, they were going to charge us $750. There are more honest vendors out there who don't attempt to take advantage of clients.
