Please READ. Adding this to dYno nightmare. Ihave to say I went twice when all this happened and I felt from the beginning that I was not welcomed. Not only Dr. Ngwira mistakenly read the X-ray and the physical examination but on top of that the owner Dr. Longo was angry, unprofessional and decided to make us like we’re a problem??? If you love your pet, this is worth the read… I own an 8 month bengal cat named dyno. Out of town at my girlfriend’s place on Saturday night, my girlfriend and I were out with friends for the night. Dyno decided to eat about a four foot ribbon he tore down off her wall. Brought my kitty in for a checkup after he'd been getting into some trouble around the house... the vets were great at making sure he was comfortable during the visit and gave me pointers for at home too. All the staff were very friendly and they even had some adoptable kittens in the lobby! Great idea separating the dogs and cats too. Would definitely recommend!
Dr. Ngwira has been wonderful to my cat Finnegan. She has been very patient with mess well. My boy had what is deemed as mild - moderate asthma but is being treated and is doing well. I never feel rushed with Dr. Ngwira she does a great job explaining things to me.
It's so nice to be surrounded by employees, other customers, and information all about cats. I don't have to worry about meeting another type of animal here. Everyone gets so excited to talk about all our kitties. Best vet ever!
