They make it impossible to remove your information and stop their mail, even if you never gave it to them. They also falsely advertise as a locally owned business but carpet and flooring America is a nationwide corporate entity / monopoly with hundreds of stores. I have no tolerance for people / corporations who gaslight, lie or don't respect our rights. They also have suspiciously high reviews / ratings. Wonder how many discounts they offer for reviews, which isn't allowed.

Annapolis carpet and flooring of America did a fantastic job with our new laminate flooring and our carpeting. The sales people were so professional and courteous, and were so helpful and attentive. The installers were top-notch, professional, courteous, and we couldn’t have asked for better Results. We will absolutely use them again for all of our carpeting and flooring needs! Frank does a fantastic job leading a terrific team.

I could not speak more highly of Frank and his team at Annapolis Carpet & Flooring. I must say, this is the first time I’ve met a company with professionalism that exceeded my expectation. My husband and I have been looking for floors to replace the flooring in our home that we moved into in January. I recently had carpet installed both on the main level and the upper level of my home. Working with Frank and the installers was great. Frank is very personable and nice. The installers were focused and very professional . I was more than satisfied. The quality and appeal of the carpet is very nice and my friends and family who have visited since the install were very complimentary of how nice it all looked. Thank you Frank and staff !
