Hygienist was very thorough and friendly. The dentist came for an exam right after my cleaning. Everyone at the front desk is very courteous and from them I highly recommend going. They also have the latest dental equipment here. I’ve been going to Annandale Smiles and Seeing Dr. Stephen Johnson for over 30 years. I drive from Burke because I think so much of the practice.
I have sensitive teeth and am always nervous getting my teeth cleaned. I had Hai as my dental hygienist, and she is gentle, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly, checked in often to see if I’m doing okay, and made the entire visit comfortable and stress-free. Dr. Dong was professional and attentive when he checked my teeth, and the front desk staff was friendly and efficient. A great team all around—I highly recommend this office!
I had a wonderful experience at Annandale Smiles Dentistry. The entire office is welcoming and professional, but I especially want to recognize Diem, the hygienist, for doing an excellent job. She was very thorough with my teeth cleaning and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. Diem has such a positive, respectful, and caring attitude, which really makes a difference. Outstanding visit! Hai was my hygienist and she explained everything, showed me a few issues, discussed additional services, and did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Erica at the front desk was excellent in explaining the insurance and billing, as well. Highly recommended.
My children ages 5 & 6 comes to this business. They are very friendly. However today will be my last. They take advantage and over charge. Anyone with children older than 7 years old can recall when their child tooth loosen around 5 years old. Normal teeth transitioning from baby teeth to adult. The tooth was very loose but because it’s her first tooth I chose to take her to the dentist. This location charges $210 to remove the tooth and $98 for the check up fee and that’s with “discounts”; totaling over $300 just to remove ... read more
