Dr. Niktash was super nice and helpful. I was seen pretty quickly after arriving and felt comforted by her help and her answering any questions I had.
I don't have any problem with Dr. Niktash, because I didn't get to met her due to her staff ignorance. A week before my appointment I called to confirm my appointment and insurance, at that time they assured me that they accept my insurance, but on appointment day they said we don't. And didn't even bother themselves to apologize for wasting my time. The staff is absolute unprofessional and careless, they don't have the training they need.
I went to Dr. Kashani for a planters wart on the bottom of my foot. She cut it out the first time only for it to come back. I then returned to Dr. Kashani where she again cut it out of my foot and said, "If this comes back I need to go back to school." Not even a month later it came back in the exact same place. Since then I've gone to another Doctor who said you really shouldn't even cut this type of wart out since there is a high chance that it's just going to come back. Had an appointment today, Dec. 19th. The staff was very welcoming and very attentive. Wait time was almost zero and the staff understood I have a hearing problem and adjusted to it. The doctor was so professional, caring, listened, x-ray done and then discussed options for my complaints. I highly recommend this group and the location for me was perfect. Great visit.
I was really pleased with my appointment with Dr. Kashani! She is a very warm, bubbly person who took plenty of time to ask me questions about my condition, listen to my responses, and explain everything, including showing me my x-rays within minutes of them being taken. I also appreciate her approach to my problem: let's try these (multiple, easy, non-invasive) things first, and check in later to see how it's going.
