It is a beautiful office and the staff here have been so nice, especially nurse Lan, she is fantastic! But after the first couple of appointments I did not really see or hear from the doctor, as the PA and nurse team handled my subsequent appointments, phone calls, and updates, even the IUI transfer. After four failed IVF cycles and one failed IUI at this clinic (all paid for completely out of pocket) I am incredibly disappointed with my experience. My biggest concern is that the doctor repeatedly refused to consider a more aggressive or medicated treatment approach, despite my concerns and my previous success elsewhere.
