If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! They AGGRESSIVELY demand rent on the first but it takes them months and months to fix a work order! People have been complaining about their air for months and they remedy the situation by getting them window units! It’s so ghetto and nasty! It never was this bad!!! I know people that live there! This place has gone down hill
DODGE THIS BULLET. Went to apartment complex because they refused to give my daughter her 200 dollar deposit back. This is income based. Apartment was not ready to move in because they still hadn't replaced the carpet. Could not give a date when apartment would be ready. Asked for deposit back because read the reviews.
