The new manager is fantastic. she really takes care of the tenant's needs
I had lived with Annandale for 5 years and had issues as everyone else did. However when the new apartment Manager took over and she had found out about the mailbox being broken. She had it promptly fixed. I had accumulated over the allowed amount of animals(4 dogs) and was never worried about being kicked out due to that. Sally had done some damage and the apartment had 5 years of wear/tear on the floors and walls but I wasn’t charged for extra fees. She works within her limits and helps when she can. Good luck. New owners are sorry excuses!! Dishwasher has been broken for over almost two months, can't get pest control at all but goes up on the rent!! It use to be a good complex and things were taken care of before the new owners came in. I'm calling the new station and putting them on blast!!
