Honestly way overpaying for the rent here keep looking elsewhere!!! when I have addressed the problems in our unit and yet only gets worse my floor is holding water from the ac leaking, which is causing damage inside and outside the walls, the walls are peeling and cracking open the door to the room attached next to it , was messed up due to water on the floor and the door touches the floor yk. I had lived with Annandale for 5 years and had issues as everyone else did. However when the new apartment Manager took over and she had found out about the mailbox being broken. She had it promptly fixed. I had accumulated over the allowed amount of animals(4 dogs) and was never worried about being kicked out due to that. Sally had done some damage and the apartment had 5 years of wear/tear on the floors and walls but I wasn’t charged for extra fees. She works within her limits and helps when she can. Good luck.
