Called office 1/2/24! Anna, never fails to be always extremely rude. Asked her to explain figures on my bill. One figure she could not explain (said doesn’t have info in front of her). Then asked her how can i get info, if I should come into the office. Said I wd have to make an appointment. Told her I need to explain that particular figure on bill to the credit union asap so they can figure out what’s going on.
