Moved my widowed Mom in there a few weeks ago. She's really happy there and the property has great amenities and activities, at a price point that isn't extravagant. Great home for active seniors. Update: Mom has been living there for about two years now and loves the place. Her neighbors are very friendly and outgoing, even organized a group cruise. Highly recommended.
I have lived here for just over a year and for the most part, am very happy to be here. Any of the disappointments I have experienced have been more on the part of their owner, Greystar, than with the management. Sheila and Cody, two of the members of management, are always friendly and make you feel like part of the family. Cody went above and beyond to help me out with a recent package delivery, and I am very appreciative. When I first moved here it was excellent, very quiet and friendly. Then it started filling up with inconsiderate people. Unfortunately we live in a “me me me” society now! How unfortunate!
Annabelle is a wonderful place to live. They realize the importance of exercise and socializing for seniors. They provide classes (Balls and Bands and Yoga), morning walks, with the new walks downtown, a very good fitness center and now water aerobics - Annabelle is offering residents plenty of opportunities for exercise. In addition there are events every month providing chances for residents to get together.
