I haven’t seen Dr Lee yet, but the front desk was amazing- Arianna was so kind! She helped get me scheduled, and even though the wait is long she assured me she would put me on the cancellation list- extremely good care so far! Thankful for this office- keep up the great patient care!
The only doctor who diagnosed me after 20 years of dealing with issues. She is very helpful and very busy. Listens and gives you information, advice and helps you get in touch with other doctors. Staff is very helpful. Very no nonsense doctor, her time is valuable and do not miss a bunch of doctor appointments and expect to stay with this office.
Extremely disappointed in this office!!!! Absolutely uncaring!!! I brought my dad to his 9:15 appt today. When we arrived they told us his appt. Was cancelled. They didn’t know who or when the appt. Was cancelled. I asked if they could see him as he is having surgery tomorrow…. There was no one in the waiting room … the front desk receptionist was rude and annoyed. I am middle school teacher. I used to see Dr Lawson but she moved this summer so I got an appt with Dr. Lee and I took one of my very few days off of work to see her. I made sub plans and prepped all day for it. At 4:15pm the night BEFORE the appt and Baptist Rheumatology called me to tell me that Dr. Lee cannot see me tomorrow at 10am because "she is not taking over Dr. Lawson's patients."
