I work in the area on a contract basis and have been staying here since March 2026. Annabell Gardens provides top notch service. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff is amazing and they go the extra mile to make sure things are taken care of. I would give the team here top marks, always friendly, nice, polite, and very helpful with any requests I have made. You will not be disappointed if you stay her long term like I am, or just for a weekend get away PGB
This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at with my family , room are always looking clean and neat .
I have stayed at Annabell Gardens multiple times and each visit is better than the one before. Owners are continually making improvements to the property, though they do so without disturbing guests. The extras they offer are more than most suite/extended hotels. I appreciate the thought that they put into the details, because you can stay here and everything you need is right at your fingertips, between your room and the lobby. Had a great experience here! Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You can tell the staff takes pride in what they do and really cares about making sure people have a good experience. Mia especially was amazing, she was professional, personable, and went above and beyond to help. Definitely a place I’d recommend and would happily come back to!
Best hotel in Lincoln by far!! Rooms are always clean, staff is excellent, very kind and respectful!! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!!
