It was totally amazing all the way around
I'm staying here for the week to train for my job. The gal that checked me in was very pleasant and informative. They offer a full breakfast every morning and 24 access to slushies and soft serve ice cream. Win.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating with my 84 year old mother. We had to switch to a lower level room. Smooth process. Would highly recommend!
BEWARE! My girlfriend and I booked 2 nights, a week apart for a cross country road trip. We booked the King Executive suite for us and 2 dogs. The property is nice. Rooms aren’t anything special but the amenities (Washer/Dryer, Kitchenette etc.) were nice. BUT, this business has a serious billing problems and they don’t seem to know how to fix it. This is a lovely place to stay, however I am severely disappointed in the management and the way my bill was handled. I received a confirmation email with one price, on check in and check out received a different quoted price. I ended up paying $300 more than what I was originally quoted. I was told their computer system changed between booking and my reservation, and a special event in Lincoln caused one night to almost triple in price.
