I am the seller of the review mentioned below. It was my fault about the furniture. My friend could only pick it up on Sat, and rented a truck to do so, but it was gone. The message was relayed to the buyer but clearly unacceptable to the buyer, who did not communicate this. Nevertheless , I want to recommend Anna. This was a difficult transaction and she did a stellar job . Transactions require flexibility, kindness, and professionalism. Anna has it in spades.
My experience with Anna was exceptional. First I need to admit that I very rarely post to this kind of site. Too busy or too lazy, in this case I'm compelled to tell a short story. Anna was contacted by 'me' (a fraudster) asking to list a piece of bare property I own(ed) near Santa Fe. She smelled a rat and managed to track down my son in law who forwarded her information to me.
