Nasty Office & an UNCARING Anna! Made an appt. on Nov.11. Office sent questionnaire, confirmed medicare, etc. Received confirmation of appt. and made arrangements to change my work schedule for appointment. Three days prior to SCHEDULED appt., office calls to say she is not taking new patients! After waiting 4 weeks, with no apology or owning this debacle, no offer to help in any way!!! Disgrace.
