Rudest person, worst customer service, not recommended at all.
Not even a client of Anna, she was a realtor for a client doing business with another company I work for and I specifically looked up her name after she cursed me and several of my coworkers out on the phone. Lack of professionalism doesn’t even begin to describe the mediocrity this lady will provide you as a real estate agent. Rude, unknowledgeable, and also “doesn’t use email”. We recently purchased a home and Miss Shoaf was the listing agent. She was non responsive at times with our agent, who was awesome, and hung up on her and the mortgage company during an important conversation. She removed the key from the house on one of the final walk throughs, there were several, and she and her seller tried to force us to pay more than half for the 22 year old AC unit that gave out after the contract was signed but before the closing.
