I got married in September at the conservatory and it was absolutely beautiful! staff was friendly and everything was in full bloom. Inside was great for our pictures. A few things for future brides: 1. There are only 2 time slots for ceremony, 1-3 and 4-7. The conservatory closes to the public at 5 so if your ceremony or set up is before 5, expect there to be people all around. 2. We decided to walk out from the conservatory, facing our guests. Wonderful atmosphere with beautiful foliage.
I went there quite frequently when I was younger. About 62 years ago! I loved going there. It was a wonderful time especially at the aquarium & plant house.( as we called it as kids). It was magical. I think, even 60+ yrs later, I could put up a tent in the plant house & be content!
