It was an okay experience. They fit me in when I didn’t have an appointment. My sister had an appointment and I went with her and asked if they can do an acrylic set on me and they squeezed me in which was very kind of them. They made sure I got the colour I wanted we swatched four different colours until I found the perfect one. Good experience except wasn't told that a colour I chose was going to be $5 more, and since my aesthetist was going so fast I ended up with bubbles in my nails, brush marks on my nails and shellac on my fingertips. Should have given 3 stars but everyone was very nice there and I appreciated the effort.
Got a mani+pedi done today by NyNy and it was by far the best pedicure I’ve ever had. She also took her time and made sure every nail was perfectly painted.. definitely recommend NyNy
I keep giving this salon a chance every time I have a bad experience. Last time I went a woman coughed on my feet as I was getting a pedicure. This was well over a year ago . Today I got a spa pedicure and the polish kept having bubbles. I kept complaining about it and the solution was just to put top coat on, but it was not doing anything. Unfortunately, I’m not happy about my pedicure as I did not have time after being there almost 3 hours.
Worst service ever I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience at this salon. I showed them pictures of the design I wanted, and they agreed they could do it — but once they started, they said they didn’t have the material or even the color I asked for. They tried the design twice and still couldn’t get it right, even though it was something simple.
