Dr. Clayton and her team are superb in every way. I expect she demands that of her team members.
I had the same experience as the reviewer before me. I scheduled and appointment to meet Dr. Clayton and I had never met her before. She sent the fellow in and the fellow never introduced herself, I thought she was Dr. Clayton. Then at the end Dr. Clayton came in so quickly with no explanation of why I had to see the fellow. I cancelled my surgery. I just did not feel comfortable with the lack of communication. I had so many more questions and I felt rushed and unimportant.
She had a Fellow from the university working with her and neither of them gave me good explanations of what to expect. They gave me NO choices concerning scarring. I was not told I could have a professional sew me up so that I was not left with such hideous scarring. When I had problems/questions, I was not ask to return to the office to be checked. I called and talked to an assistant nurse.
