I recently cut my hair here and went for a regular straight cut but Anna cut them uneven. When i went back to fix she cut them worst than the first time. The right side is now uneven and shorter than the left side and so is the back. After telling her again during the same day that she cut my hair worst this time, she claimed I am wrong and refused to continue fixing it because I am overreacting from being mad. I basically paid to ruin my hair. Ridiculous.
