The office staff is hit or miss on how friendly and warm they are. There is high staff turnover. The nurse practitioners and physicians are good. Aylo billing is often late and you may get a bill for a service date that’s 6 months old. Communications from staff regarding physicians not being there which requires schedule change is very poor - staff blames the phone system.
They definitely have change in there cause I was to the point that I wasn’t gonna return. Great job to the new office manager. Dr. Richardson is awesome and I was really upset that I was gonna have to find another doctor. After yesterday’s visit, I will continue with Aylo.
