Though Anna was very kind at my appointment, i have had the worst experience with the office. I was brought in for a new patient appointment in May (as instructed even though the office would be closing the end of June) , had blood work done and medication sent in (blood work came back abnormal) i was told twice someone would be reaching out to me to go over my blood work results. I have reached out 5 times by text, emailed Anna directly, and left a voicemail with no return call back. Horrible way to run an office.
Slow and care more about money and insurance than they do the suffering.
While Anna was very kind, her staff is short and rude. They're also very slow at getting referrals in and their faxes keep mysteriously getting lost. Plus, they recently got a new system and have ZERO records from us now. How do they not transfer their records in their new system?! We're seeking other care.
