I had a great experience on my first visit with Dr Piotrowski starting with very friendly and efficient staff and very thorough and informative Dr. Piotrowski. Full disclosure, due to unforeseen traffic I have arrived close to 20 min late for my appointment. Upon checking in, I was told they have to check with Dr. Piotrowski if she will see me. After waiting for exactly 50 minutes, I was advised Dr. Piotrowski will not see me and I need to reschedule. I take full accountability for being late and would understand if that is something I was told right away, but to wait for 50 min just to be told she won't see me is disrespectful. Dr.A.Piotrowski has been our family physician for years. She cares greatly about the patient and attentive, always taking time to listen to us and explaining the treatment. No long waiting time in the office. I would highly recommend Dr Piotrowski.
