I had an appointment scheduled today, at 10a.m. Office had confirmed appointment yesterday. I arrived and no one was present ( except homeless wandering the hall,). I called the office 4 times pressed 1 for assistant and no answer. I called the office at 10:45. A person answered. I have seen this doctor for years. Apparently they were late arriving? I have terminated my relationship with this doctor has will my partner. The office area is dangerous. No security anywhere . Do your elf a favor find a new doctor.
She was not helpful in providing treatment options whatsoever. The only thing I received from her was the bill. I would recommend a different podiatrist/foot care doctor if you want to be made whole. I am truly appalled by how unknowledgeable and unhelpful Dr Petrov is.
