I returned for a gel pedicure today. My nail tech that I always request is very polite and kind. She gives you a great pedicure! The salon is clean, quiet and friendly. They are always on time. Can't wait till May!

First and last visit here. Even though I had an appointment for a pedicure, I waited 45 minutes. The manager was pleasant enough however the nail tech was very rude and basically had a bad attitude. She needs to work in a factory with machines rather than in a customer service role. THE worst pedicure ever; sloppy, no attention to detail, only lasted 4 days. She also nicked the end of my toe with the trimmers. DO NOT go here! Instead, for a truly professional experience, go see Holly H Vo at CDA Nails & Spa.

Please make sure you verify the price before you let anyone at this salon do your nails. We called, asked for prices, then made an appointment for a specific service for my daughter. They ignored what we asked for and proceeded to GROSSLY overcharge us for extremely poor work. They were extremely rude and unwilling to resolve the issue even after verifying the agreed price. Never again will I use or recommend this salon. Ladies there are numerous salons out there that do far better work for a fraction of the price.

Anna Nails SUCK! I was ripped off by the younger guy. He told me a full set of the french tips would be $35.00... and when he was finished he told me I owed him $55.00. I said "hey what happend to $35.00?" and says "Oh sorry I meant to say $55.00" I didn't even have that much to pay.. I had to dip into my grocery money! Yeah it was a total rip off for sure. These guys play games and don't do that great of a job either. 

Not a happy customer!

Anna Nails and Spa does the worst job I have ever seen! I wen't in last week for a fill on my acrylics and was serviced by the older man. He was very rude and rough with my nails. He was going very fast and working very sloppy. He was on the phone almost the whole time and was not paying much attention to what he was doing. He filed my nails down so far they were red! He also cut my finger with the electric file. And when he was usuing the buffer, he went so fast it actually flew out of his hand! No joke! I tried telling him... read more
