Ive been to a different shops but I love Anna's...I did have a problem with a worker there trying to get over on me but once you know who knows what they're doing...I only let Michelle or her husband touch my hands

Wrong color, instead of removing old polish she just painted over it with new color. Over all i will continue to look for a nail shop. They simply didnt give what i expected in service.

One, if not the worst experience I've EVER had at a salon. The girl doing my nails was an apprentice. She put the tips on wrong, cut almost every one of my fingers with the drill and didnt speak a word of english! never returning!

This business is family owned. Yes their children come to the shop occasionally to save on paying a babysitter. The children don`t bother the customer`s. so why should that matter? It`s the product that your there for, not to judge the family. They get inspected from the health board every 6 months. if they are not following the rules, i`m sure they are the people to close the shop, Anna`s workers do unerstand some english. Anna Nails does a great job! I have been to several nail shops and Anna's is by far the best. I must agree SOMETIMES they let their kids run around but it's not like they mess with you or anything that has to do with your nails, they simply just run around being kids. Doesn't bother me. I love that they try to strike up a conversation with their customers.
