I have given this salon over a decade of chances. I was a loyal customer until that concept no longer existed from them. I took years off from self care because I was so discouraged by the treatment of "spas" today. I started going back out of convenience and that is now over. I waited hours for my appointment I booked that day to only wait longer when I arrived. I understand walk ins make money but you lost some today. Poor quality and poor service.

Nice staff. Facility cleanliness was. 3 out of 5. Sanitation was 0 out of 5. I didn't see the sanitizing machine used once. I saw a basket of manicure tools the tech was using but no used basket for sanitation purposes. The foam flip flop was used on me but when the nails were dry, it wasn't sprayed or wiped down with sanitizing spray or wipes. They need to input daily sanitizing and between client sanitizing of the utensils, wiping down between clients. Sanitize all items used!! Also, they need to work on upsell of their se... read more
