After filling out the comprehensive paperwork I was told the doctor had called in my prescription. 3-4 days later my pharmacy still hadn’t received the order. Every number I called to contact the office went to voicemail and a promise to return my call in a couple of days. I finally got ahold of a person who said my pharmacy information had not been put in my chart and no medication had been ordered. Now I have to wait through the weekend. Truly one of the most amazing foot and ankle surgeon I have ever met .
I saw Dr. Maneely for an ankle fracture. My initial X-ray showed a stable fracture with an intact ankle mortise, yet the doctor ordered a CT scan and recommended surgery before the CT scan was even performed. The appointment felt rushed, and surgery was discussed even though the imaging did not warrant it. After the CT scan, she left a voicemail claiming my fracture had a 3 cm displacement, which was later confirmed by another podiatrist to be 2.55 mm, far less than stated.
